Night in Rayong

Listening to the waves from the ocean nearby. Looking at the stars that adorn the sky above. Feeling the cool breeze in the nights humidity.

We are all alive, but those few times when it really hits you without hurting in any way... it is then you are able to really enjoy life the fullest.
I lose myself inside my twisted mind way too often to really see with the eyes I've been blessed with. I rarely find myself listening to the music of nature as I do now.

I want to store this feeling inside, but..
though memories can be cherished, they won't give justice to the moments which created them.

Two days ago Seremedy had our first gig 2012! So wonderful to enter stage again after a three month break. The show was located in Falun, at a convention named Rencon. I've missed the crowd. All our supporters are damn awesome!

I have not got much time to update here since my schedule has been tight, filled with meetings and travels.
Today I leave Sweden for a two weeks vacation in Thailand.. though it won't be much of a vacation since I have a lot of work to finish, but I guess there will be enough of swimming and shopping anyway.

I will try to update at least one time this trip, including pictures if I get the chance.

Valentine's day approaching.

One week to go! I never cared much for those "special days", but the idea is very sweet!
My guess is that I'm actually gonna spend it with my bandmembers this year in the north of Sweden, either rehearsaling or recording.. Haha, very romantic!

How about you guys? Do you got any date yet? If not, keep your smile either way! People who are single tend to see Valentine's day as a reminder of them being lonely instead of taking care of the ones they got by their sides. Don't you dare do that!
Always let a smile be your umberella! Just the simple act of smiling releases endorphins into the blood stream that make you feel happy. Beside that fact a smiling person is more attractive, so get those cheeks up! Bend both ends of your lips pointing to the sky! Enjoy this day, if not with your lover then with your friends - that's what I'm going to do!

Tomorrow I'll be meeting up with a dear friend I have'nt seen in ages! Together we will visit the local museum. Really looking forward!

ICE AGE?

Snow sure is beautiful in many ways.. But right now it's too cold to really enjoy it.

I just got picked up from the airport. Helsinki was colder than here, but I just heard that it will get around -30C° tonight.. Guess I wont be leaving the house for some days from now.

Anyway my second trip to Finland within a month was as good as the first one if not better!
Helsinki is not too different from my own country, and there are also a lot of people there talking Swedish actually! I did not know about it before. I knew that some are learning our language in school but not that there were signs and information in Swedish everywhere! They even had Swedish names of the streets (which I just find unnecessary?).
The first time I went there I confused the taxi driver with telling him the name of the street in my own language.. poor guy! But I guess he must be used to it. At least I hope so in a way, haha! Scary enough with a pierced dude that you have to drive around.. I mean, he might bite!

Next trip will be to Sundsvall for recording and rehearsal with the band. After that it's time for Seremedy to go to Falun and have our first gig of this year! Then I have a short two weeks vacation in Thailand. February is booked 99.9%! This will be a stressful month in many ways. I am also going to apply for a work sometime next week. Wish me luck!

Now - first thing I do even before going home with my bags is to stop for a 15 min tanning.

Little Hands Clapping

Decided to clean out the old fridge and freezer today. It got broken some week ago, and tomorrow we'll get our new one! Everything went fine, but the part where we found old food lying there was not too nice. Not that I can't deal with mold, but the smell...
Worst ever in my life so far! Never forget the shrimps in your broken freezer, kids!

I am currently reading a book named Little Hands Clapping, by Dan Rhodes. If you like Tim Burton and twisted stuff you should give it a try! Let's just say it's a book entirely of my taste.

Going back to Finland again next week for some more modeling. Since I already missed the country and all people I met as I sat down on the plane on my way home I am so very happy to return this soon!
There is actually not much more to write about, except that I am working on my ballad and drawing for my next project. Nothing much but it keeps me busy.
I am going to make some changes for the blog as soon as inspiration strikes. Right now I am out of ideas concerning the layout, but I am sure I will come up with something soon.

I think it is time for a design change of my blog sometime
soon! It looks kind of boring and plane. I want it simple,

entry about it later) and yesterday was my birthday!

What have happened this year if we focus on my band.
Well.. Seremedy made the news about us being signed official at the beginning of the year, then soon after we released the first maxi singe and went to our first Japan tour. Back in Sweden again we were opening act for our friends in the japanese band Versailles at Uppcon. Short after that we had our first real big festival gig in Sweden at Getaway Rock Festival, then at Vrock Festival some months later as the beginning of our secound Japan tour. We have now started the recording of our first album, and I guess "that's all" even if I'm leaving all the details - big as small ones. Ofcourse we had several other gigs around Sweden too! I hope there will be more next year though.
One thing I really have to mention is all the new supporters we have received! You are all very welcome, and I am happy to see our little family growing bigger for each day.
The MADNESS sure is spreading!

At New Year I am celebrating along with some of my very close friends. The world is not sharing the same time, but I wish that you all get to be with your dear and beloved ones when the clock of your country turns 00:00!

Christmas times

I am sorry that I did not update for a while, but since my computer is broken I've not been able to.

Last week I did some recording as mentioned in the last post. Tomorrow I'll go back to Sunsvall again for the final details on my vocals, such as screams and other small parts. Over all I'm satisfied with our work, and the things I'm unsure about we'll fix tomorrow and the upcoming days before Christmas.

I've really tried to find presents for my dear and beloved ones, but it is so damn hard. I have no imagination left. Used it all during my work, hehe..

How will you celebrate? What do you wish for?
Give me some comments about your plans for this year.
I'm going to spend time with my family and our relatives on my fathers side. Long time since I got to be with them now. I've been a little stressed out recently and will really focus on relaxing at least some during this weekend.
Christmas is a time to stop and just reflect on the good things we have got in this otherwise chaotic life.

unproductive days coming to an end

I got good news today! I will enter the studio already next week to do some vocals for the upcoming album. I don't know exactly how long it's gonna take, but I would guess at least four days or so. Going to update you during the recording ofcourse!

Unfortunately the screen to my laptop broke some days ago. I've got all my work on it, so it will be hard to get anything done and I really need to practice the texts for next week! I'm now moving all my material to an external hard drive. Good thing is that I will get a completely new laptop instead, but still bad timing!

I have got nothing much else to write about at the moment since I am mostly at home sleeping. My life is not much more interesting than that. I play games and read books, just being unproductive in regular..
Have not felt very healthy eather. That's one bad thing about the winter. It's so easy to catch a cold! At least there have been snowing some today! Winter without snow is wrong! Whitout it, what is then the difference between winter and autumn? Besides that I like snow. It is beautiful. I hope there will be more of it for Christmas!

November evening

December is approaching, and with December comes Christmas and then New year already! Time passes by so fast.. So much happened during 2011, but I can promiss that next year will be just as eventful, if not even more!

Yesterday Seremedy went into the studio to begin the recording of our upcoming album, starting with the drums. Be sure to visit Linders official facebook page and give him some cheering comments!
It was a long time since the band released something new. I hope you are as excited as we are!
I will join the others in the beginning of next year to do my parts of the recording. If I find time maybe even before. The band will however keep you updated as always through our facebook, twitter and we will also try to make some video recordings for those who wants to follow our progress.

Hopefully we will get some snow here in Sweden during next month, but you never know.. We did not get any yet, and that's very unusual. I think there is some in the north (not much though) but not here where I live, in the middle of our country. It's kind of sad. I don't like snow that much even if it is pretty, but at least I want some for Christmas! It wont feel like Christmas without it...

SEIKE, the MAD chef!

I am awful with food exept when it comes to the part when I eat it. I can not cook or bake, but last week my childhood friend came to visit and forced me to the kitchen..

First cake did not turn out that good. It was supposed to to be "colabrownies" but tasted like meat and vegetables. I'm not kidding. We found out afterwards that we had used too much baking soda.
Explained why the cake more or less exploded in the oven.. (ー_ー )

The day after we decided try again, but this time with cupcakes and candy christmas-style! Went much better! First we started out with the cupcakes.
Cinnamon, coffee, banana♥, ginger and lots of sugar. So tasty!
Also made marzipan figures with regular, red (with strawberry taste) and green (with peartaste) marzipan. When we were tired of making figures we rolled balls of the marzipan and putted walnuts in the middle. Used melt chocolate to spice it all up a bit. In the end we mixed the chocolate and walnuts that was left over to make small chocolate bars.

about my pain...

I suffer from a herniated disc that is the cause of my backpain. I got it two years ago (or was it three..?). Many people asks me about it, so here is your answer.

Before I sometimes was not even able to leave bed because it hurted too much. I'm visiting a clinic now and then, and I received treatment in the form of cortisone injection several times. The pain comes and goes, but has become much better since I do a lot of exercises to build muscle and flexibility of the body, making it easier for me to live my life normally. As long as I stay fit I think it will get better day by day. Or at least I hope it will..

But that however is a reason to why I sometimes find it hard move on stage and maybe seems a little stiff. The pain affects my mood, and I can get pretty grumpy from time to time. Taking pills that are meant to help a little, which they unfortunately don't always do. I also require help to lift heavy things and sometimes people around neet to help me to carry my bags. I must seem like such a diva walking with people around holding all my stuff, haha!
But there you have your explanation.

V-ROCK festival

Here is a short entry about the 23 of October when Seremedy was playing at V-ROCK festival, Saitama Super-Arena in Japan.
There were four stages named Rose stage, Moon stage, Rainbow stage and White stage. We shared Moon stage together with the bands girugamesh, Versailles, ALI PROJECT, Eins:Vier, MICHAEL MONROE and SOPHIA.

The other bands playing at the festival were for example SuG, vistlip, ViViD, Mix Speaker's,Inc, YELLOW FRIED CHICKENz, SCREW, DaizyStripper, lynch and many more! No band that I am really listening to, but I knew most of them from before in one way or another so it was nice!

We got to meet a lot of people, both artists and staff. The visual scene is all about bringing your inside to the outside - so you can imagine all the mixed styles that were expressed through different personalities (´･ω･`) It was very interesting!

You could also find so much tasty food and sweets in the catering! I really spent too time eating that day, haha..

What kind of drink? Fanta Grape♥ what else?

Of course we watched our friends, Versailles when they rocked the stage! Here above you got a picture that I took from their show. Even though you can't see much you get a hint of the area around. I was standing at the other side of the arena, with Rose stage on my left. The place was really big!

Sadly I have no picture of the other two stages, but they were smaller and located in the entrance-room.
This tour was the last with Seremedy's current outfits. Here you got a picture I took right after our performance. I remember that I was really tired and also sick from a really bad flu that refused to give in throughout the journey. I had more or less sore throat every day. It was hard to sing, but somehow I managed to keep my voice clean!

Not before now, almost two weeks after I arrived at home it has dropped a bit, but I'm still snotty-nosed... (¬_¬)

Father's Day

Yesterday was Father's Day and I celebrated by eating fondue bourguignonne together with the family. Very tasty!

I did not find my bag and charger to the computer for some days. I was running around, searched while I shouted "what little santa have stolen my stuff?".
Today I found everything in the wardrobe, and suddenly I remembered why I putted it there! I hate when it happens..

..so the "little santa" was actually myself (´･_･`)

MAD taxfree-shopping!

I slept most of the time at our trip home from Japan, but when we made a stop for two hours to change plane in China I got to buy some stuff at the taxfree!

One of the things I bought was this Shiseido skin care product named White Lucent. They said in the cashier that it was for women, so I looked for a product that corresponded to it but could not find any so I decidet to try this one anyway. What big difference can it be anyway?
I started using it when I came home. It's supposed to show a difference within two weeks. I'll come back with the results!

I also bought this wonderful perfumebox from Anna Sui containing five of her perfumes inside. I saw it on the last tour aswell, but at that time I did not have any money. Luckely they still had it when I checked now and I saved all tour to be able to purchase it on the way back! I adore the perfumes of Anna Sui. Used the one named "Dolly Girl" some years ago. Also the perfumes is products for girls, but I could not care less! It smells way much better than most of the ones ment for males, and I am tired of the one I use at the moment. Time to try something new and refreshing!

After shopping we ate some food at a restaurant before departure. I got myself a pizza with seafood (ofcoure, hehe)! It was really tasty, but the service at the place was awful! Not to be negative, but if you are working as waitress at a restaurant that is located on an airport you can at least lift your head once in a while to check if people want your assistance in any way. They are not supposed to have to get up from their chairs and ask for it. Those people should have in mind that the ones who eat there have planes to catch and got no time to waste on waiting too long for the bill to come, especially not when there is more than ten workers at the place. What on earth were they all doing there? Not working anyway..

Well, well..
I love traveling! Really hope to be on my way again anytime soon!

Went to the cinema yesterday with my family to see the new Tintin-movie. Always wonderful to spend time with them, and both me and my mother are huge Tintin-fans so we enjoyed very much. I liked it alot. So happy my friend told me there will be two more movies later. Can't wait!

I got a lollipop when I was in Japan in shape of a Pikachu!

It's very pretty, but tastes really bad.. and I bet that it is
full of dangerous dyes. Just look how my tounge turned out
after a few licks!

As we speak of lolipops and licking! You can see on the pictures abow I have painted nails. It was from a little photoshoot I made for fun some day ago. I was the CANDYMAN! A total maniac with a huge lolipop and a hat on his head. One of my self-made characters. A part of my twisted mind. You have a picture here below. I really like this outfit, and it inspired me to design something for the future.

I'm soon off to a party together with some friends.

Started my day with a banana, ps3 and some sad news. I have to cancel my plans for a trip since I would go there to stand as model for clothes, but unfortunately the shipping to the store got delayed. The trip itself can wait, but just the fact that it had to because ot the situations around Bangkok makes me very worried and sad.

My family just came home from Thailand just some days after my arrival from Japan, and they told me about the flood. I could not help but being relieved at that time that our house is located in Rayong and therefor both it and my family were safe, but ofcourse I am very sorry for all the people that are now suffering from the forces of nature. I am also sad that I can not do more to help.

Let us all send a thought to Thailand, the individuals over there and hope for it to get better in a very close future!

Sexy as Hell

Went to a party yesterday along with some of my friends to celebrate my homecoming and ofcourse Halloween! The theme of the event was "Sexy as Hell", so me and my brother dressed up as two badass demons. I guess we were pretty sexy (─▽─)
We came there around midnight but the line to the club took us one and a half hour. It was so damn crowded! But we had a lot of fun, even thought we came in one hour before closing, haha!

Sadly I can not find any good picture of my outfit. Though it was nothing special I felt really fancy! To be honest I'm not really a party-guy. I prefer evenings at home in front of a cozy movie or video game, but once I partying is the real party!
The night-life in Sweden is really lame when it comes to that all the clubs and bars are closing at 3am. I will never get why, and I hope that there will be a chane sometime in the future. Who wants to end the night at 3am anyway? That's when the party starts!!

home, sweet home

Today we got back to Sweden from our tour in Japan. It has become much colder since we left. That's sad in a way, but I'm still happy to be home.
I realized today how fresh the air actually is here in the north of our earth. When I got off the plane today and took my first breath the thought struck me. Real clean, cool, fresh air is so underrated! You really appreciate it only after having spent some time abroad. People here in the north are spoiled with our fresh air. Hope that we realize it soon and will care for and nurtures it well in the future.

My cat was so happy to see me, and I was even more happier to finally be with him again. He now follows me everywhere in the house and lay beside me all the time.
I love that little creature too much.
The upcoming week I will just relax and be useless for some time. I guess the whole band deserves it. Gonna play some PS3, sleep a lot and start reading a new book since I finnished the last one on the tour. I will also try to meet up with friends when I find the strength to, and ofcourse update the blog about the trip.
I will be sure to add some photos to the entries.

but as an appetizer you can have a picture of a monster I found in Shinjuku. Perhaps a relative of mine? It was said to be very tasty. I would like to try! Maybe next time..

I feel feverish and It is flowing snot out of my nose. Not a good sign.. Glad I did not join the others to the Halloween-party tonight and stayed at the hotel instead. I should make it a habit for the future to always listen to my gut.

Today we had our live streamed interview with Viju☆Love☆Cafe.
The show was really fun and entertaining! It will be up in some time for you all to watch again, so keep your ears and eyes opened!

Afterwards the band went together with Akemi, Mayumi and Kuniaki to a Japanese restaurant to eat, drink and celebrate a good program. Japan has so tasty food! I could stay here forever just to eat! We got introduced to many new type of dishes, and since I love seafood I was in heaven.. （ーρー）
I really enjoyed!

Going to bed any minute. Tomorrow we have another day free before our last show so I will do some final shopping, but we need to rehearsal at the evening. Have to be prepared! I hope my health will be better by then.

Today we went to check out the autumn fashion of Tokyo! After some hours of shopping I met up with Domyoji to grab some food in Shibuya. It was so good to finally see him again. I've missed him a lot! ♥

It's our first totally free day so me, RAY and LINDER went to Harajuku to spend our time together.
Visited Starbucks for a good cup of coffee. If it wasn't for the high price I would go there every day!
The others did not join us. They were all sleeping since the band and our staff had a crazy all-night-out the night before! Kiri, HIZAKI and his friend Aki joined us as well. I enjoyed it very much!

Tonight I will take a warm bath. My body is in pain after four days of live shows in a row. It has been fun though! Need to stretch more often and take care of myself better. I am bad at that part...

jitters before a journey

Tomorrow my band will finally leave our day by day colder home Sweden, and go by plane to Japan for our second tour there this year. Really exciting!
I updated the tourschedule if you are interested to take a look. It's on the left side on this page!
As you can see we have four gigs in a row. It may seem much, but last time we had five and it was very exhausting! So I am happy for the day between 26 and 28 where we get to rest a bit.

As always there is much preparation before a tour. All necessary stuff need to be packed and ready and we had rehersal these last days to practice ofcourse.
Also bleached my hair again, so now I'm a badass blondie (￣ー￣) yeah!
Unfortenately I cached a cold some days ago. It's getting better and I wish it'll be all gone before our show at V-ROCK on sunday, but you never know and can only pray. I'm taking care of myself by sleeping much, drinking vitamines, eating some pills that my father gave me and other things that are good to help when you are sick.
I hope it will work!

Many people have asked about the name of the book I'm reading right now. I have a true passion for good books! The truth is that I've started on around eight books at the moment, but the one I'm currently focusing on is John Ajvide Lindqvist's "Människohamn".

I've read 3 of his books before ("Låt den rätte komma in", "Hanteringen av odöda", "Pappersväggar") and he's without doubt one of my favourite authors. Since I adore horror I find it easy to love the whole aura around the stories. He sure have a twisted mind, as I do have myself. Good thing that he is Swedish aswell. I have to say I prefer reading in my language.

There is much to say about my visit, but I'll try to sum it up shortly.

I went with the flight to Eindhoven. At first the plane were going to be over one hour late, but fortunately they somehow managed to get away in time. My friend was waiting and picked me up at the airport when I landed, and we were off to his place by bus.

The day after we had decided to go to Amsterdam, wich is a trip about two hours from Eindhoven by train. The Netherlands has a beautiful landscape outside the cities. I saw alot of green grass, sheep and cows! Not too different from Sweden actually.

We did some random shopping and sightseeing. I did not take any pictures from Red Light District, but there is not much more to say than - go there and see for yourself, hehe (˘⌣˘ )

We also went to the Amsterdam Dungeon and learned about some history of Amsterdam. It was a bit confusing because they mixed both english and dutch during the trek, but I think I got most of it. They made the experience very entertaining with theater and included the people in the group to act a part of the story. I really reccomend you to go there if you ever visit Amsterdam!

We wanted to go for a boatride, see a movie at the cinema and visit Madame Tussauds too but there was not enough time. You can't do Amsterdam in just one day. I guess that gives me a good reason to come back!

The day after we went for some shopping in Eindhoven. The weather was nice all the time. They said I came with the sun. It was like summer! Perfect climate for a good stay. I got to ride my friends scooter alot aswell! (＾∇＾)

Here is a picture of the smallest toilet I've ever

seen in my entire life! I want a toilet like that!

Also the food there is awesome! We had dinner at my friends parents the last day and they introduced me to something called a frikandel. It was so tasty! If you haven't tried it yet then you should! I will definitely have it the next time I go there.

Hope I will get time to go back soon, because I really had a fun time, met many nice people and liked it in regular in the Netherlands.

a day in the capital

Yesterday I were taking time spending with YOHIO to show him some of Stockholm since he just moved here. It's my hometown so I know it very well. Two friends joined us, and we had a great time together!

After some aimless wandering around we stopped at a cousy place called John Chris to take a coffe. I decided to order a cup of hot chocolate. It was very tasty! I love to be able to do things like this together with my beloved ones. I will confess it's rarely that I feel comfortable enough to really have fun, especially among large crowds of people that surrounds me.. I tend to get stressed out, but this was really an appriciated moment from my side. As I forgot my little "social handicap" for the time being.

After hours the other went home and me and YOHIO stayed out until late, just talking. More hours passed. When we were done and I were going to leave the clock was past midnight and the train had stopped. So typical! I called my dad, we decided to share a taxi since he also were stuck in town after working late. And so we did! When I came home I went to bed immediately. Even if it's very enjoyable to having a whole day out with people you really like it's also tiring!

Today I will go to the Nerherlands for the first time in my life!

happiness - in one way or another

Today my gift from a dear friend arrived. I have wished for these pants from Virgin Blak for a very long time now, so it was pure joy to finally put them on! I have literally been wearing them in my dreams, and now they are mine for real. You can't even imagine how happy I am.
Someone said that "money won't buy you happiness", but the things you can get for them sure will! ( ﾟ▽ﾟ)/

As we speak of happiness I would like to make a list of some things that is importent in my life.

my family, band and friends
my baby/cat - who gets an own little dot since he is so precious to me
music - listen to and create
reading good iteresting books
dark evenings/nights
sleeping
Entei - the pokémon
respect and compassion
supernatrual things
banana - everything from icecream flavour, drinks, candy to the actual fruit
my computer
spending time alone (but I always wants my cat near)
animals - I prefer being around them than humans
taxirides - don't ask me why
horror - stories, movies and games
clothes and shopping - I'm a true ＳＨＯＰＡＨＯＬＩＣ!
to take a shower - it calms me down

and that's all I can come to think of at the moment. There are so much more things I could put in the list, but then it would be too long, I would be writing all night and noone would read it hehe..

Dear friends and unfriends, I will make one thing very clear, so listen carefully..

I have never claimed me, nor my band to be visual kei. I will explain why:
It's very simple. Seremedy can not be defined as anything else than Seremedy. Nothing more, nothing less. We do have a style that many liks to what's called visual kei, but mark my words - we will never follow any rules of that style or any other.
I'm not what people call visual kei. I am inspired by, and I will do it my own way creating something that represents me as the human I am.
My inspiration comes from anything that I feel connected to in any way.

Never tie yourself to anything but always be open minded for it, and let yourself getting inspired.

I hope some of you find my words encouraging.
That someone out there might do it is enough for it to be worthwhile writing.

Domsaga, Sundsvall

It was fun to return to Domsaga since it was here we had our first gig ever one and a half year ago. So much have happend since then!
It feels like forever..
The show went well and the audience were MAD! As it should be!
I got to meet and have a good talk with some of the members in other bands that were on stage this evening. That's always nice! And the best thing - there was so much tasty food backstage!! ヾ(ﾟ▽､ﾟ*)ﾉ
